This is my 3rd Christmas in USA and It has been a really wonderful celebration here and I love the culture that is followed here. Back in my country, when it's christmas people start the day with parties all around the town or city and ends in the evening. After that around 7:00pm families and relatives come to one place or a restaurant to eat together and end the day with fire crackers.

For my third project of Broadcast tech II class was a news package about a guitar teacher's experience as a teacher and also as a musician. HIs name is Patrick and also he has made compositions for video games for Nintendo Switch platforms. He has started teaching guitar in his college time but then he really got into it after graduating from college. He also started a company called CEDAr box studios where recording, teaching, and other stuffs related to music is done. IN this project, I had some failures which made the video to not go really well like I had really less B-roll which caused me to use pictures in many parts of the project But brought in a way that I could make people understand who the character in my video was about.
IT is now middle of fall and temperatures in St.Louis has started dropping down. American Cricket Academy Club's (ACAC) season has come to an end. ACAC started their season on July with every week of League matches and Practices everyday until August 10th. After that practices and being placed only on Saturday and League matches on Sunday. NOw that the season has come to end, every practices will be held indoor. Nov 3rd will be ACAC's final league match. I am very excited about the playing in the indoors as though it's my first time.
It has been a really good experience and I have done a little better than my last project. I have rectified my mistakes that I have done on my first News package. B-roll arrangements were my tricky stuffs that I only struggled on. But overall it was good project that enjoyed, learned and became better at.
How I got to know about the Broadcast tech course? My Ela teacher (Retired) knew much about me and what my interests were, so she told me during end of eighth grade to take broadcast tech where I could get a chance to expand my hobbies. I chose it, First day, first period it was Broadcast tech -1 and when I had a look at the studio it was just surprising because in a school there was a professional studio production which made me motivate to enjoy this class.
Broadcast technology class has been a really good opportunity for me to expand my talent through editing, video shooting and also expanded my communications with my peers. I love cinematography and in many situations i couldn't get a chance to fulfill my hobbies. After I started going for Broadcast Tech-1 in Freshman year, I got a chance work on my cinematography skills. I love course!!
I gained a new experience in the broadcast tech class from a project called "New Package". My topic was about colors in the hallway, and I got to interview people and got to know about them in detail (not only related to the topic but other than the topic). It was my first time doing a news package and I got to know tricks on shooting the video and editing the video. My most favorite part of the project was getting a peer to check on my video and get there opinion from them to make my news package even more better. Overall I had a nice experience in working with this project.I loved being in the broadcast technology class, I enjoyed a lot in working with cameras and other professional equipments and I loved handling the broadcast equipments like the Cg, audio system and the camera. There were man y enjoyable days in Broadcast. I am interested in taking Broadcast tech II but not in 10th grade, I'll be taking it a little later in high school. I got to learn how to interact with people by this especially when I was doing the interview. Overall in this class I had a nice experience. Overall in my ladue school life, this is my best class I have experienced.
As per my pervious blog about the recording and editing the interview I had a great experience working in final cut pro. This project, for me was kind of an extension of the previous project (Interviewing Mike Hill). I loved working on editing in a different way in final cut pro with my partner and I loved helping my partner with some ideas and some good way to make audience not disturbed by the video. Overall I had a nice experience in working with this project.
It was a really good experience with working in the interview. Loved the way we had to ask questions and loved the way the camera had to be facing. What I had learned during this unit was good ways to place the camera, how to use the mic and know places with better lighting for the video. I learnt how to interview a person with good body language, good questions other than questions with yes or no. All over I had a nice experience with working in this project especially with my partner Kani.
